She is a fully comprehensively trained and certified Advanced STOTT Pilates teacher and Level 4 Fitness Instructor and Back Care Specialist. In her role as an expert Pilates instructor, she instructs clients on all Pilates Equipment including the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair. Lucy is affiliated with various federations in the UK, USA, and South Africa, which enhances her knowledge in human movement dynamics.
